Laurent W.

Laurent W. has had a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Laurent started their career at Michelin, where they worked as an apprentice in process development engineering, focusing on adsorption and gas extraction processes. After that, they worked as a consultant process engineer and technical writer at SATORP Saudi Aramco Refining Petrolchemical & Co. and later as a consultant process design engineer at Tractebel Engineering. Laurent then joined Axens as a technical services engineer, where they provided technical surveying and start-up assistance for refinery aromatic complexes. Following this role, they worked at Fluxys as an operation engineer and superintendency. Laurent later returned to Axens as a lead technology engineer, continuing their work in technical surveying and start-up engineering for aromatic complexes in various countries. Overall, Laurent has gained extensive experience in technical engineering, operations management, and process design throughout their career.

Laurent W. earned an MSc in Refining & Petrochemical Processes Engineering (Polymers & Process) from IFP School in the year 2011. Prior to that, Laurent W. obtained an MSc in Chemistry from Université libre de Bruxelles, completing the degree in the year 2010.
