Brian Cassada is an accomplished leader and consultant with extensive experience in business strategy, operations, and organizational development across various sectors. As the Founder and Principal of Solutionate since July 2021, Brian has focused on creating customized solutions for small to medium businesses. Additionally, Brian serves as an Internal Auditor for Axeon Corporation, ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Brian has held executive positions, including CEO at Palko Services and J&L Dimensional Services, where strategic growth and leadership development were prioritized. A former Senior Pastor at LifePoint Baptist Church, Brian successfully launched and grew the congregation significantly. Brian's earlier roles include Quality Compliance Manager at Chicago Magnesium Casting Co and Process Improvement Manager at PepsiCo, showcasing a strong background in process optimization and quality management. Brian holds a BS in Area Studies from the United States Air Force Academy and an MPTh in Pastoral Theology from Hyles Anderson College.
