Denise Dziwak (She/Her)

Denise Dziwak is the Founder and CEO of Flourish Corp SA, which they started in 2009 after leaving their Fortune 500 business leader role. Through this company, they have been helping organizations and individuals flourish as a consultant for cultural transformation, executive coaching, and leadership development. Denise is also a Lean In Expert Speaker and Circle Leader for "Latinas in Business Around the Globe Unleashed!" at Lean In, where they support women in achieving their ambitions and creating an equal world. Denise has been a Fellow Coach at BetterUp since 2017, coaching executives globally to pursue their lives with greater clarity, purpose, and passion. Denise has also worked as a Conscious Business Coach and Axialent Network Faculty Member, leading cultural transformations and coaching executives to bring integrity and compassion to the business world. Additionally, they have served as an Associate Coach at ER|Ronald Career Services, where they help people in their professional development during job transitions. Denise has been a Speaker and Coach at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., and they co-founded Live Connect as the Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for defining the company's brand, implementing marketing strategies, and developing the commercial strategy. Prior to that, they had a corporate career at Procter & Gamble for over 10 years, specializing in Marketing, Design Thinking, and Adult Learning. During their tenure, they led beauty and health care businesses and trained thousands of executives across Latin America.

Denise Dziwak, a doctoral student, is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human/Organizational Development and Change at Fielding Graduate University, where they are expected to complete their studies in 2025. Prior to this, they obtained an Engineer's degree, equivalent to a Bachelor and Masters Degree in the US, with a GPA of 3.81 from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, from 1997 to 2001, specializing in Industrial Engineering. Additionally, Denise completed a Conscious Business Coach program at the Conscious Business Center in 2016, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2009 and 2011, they pursued a Coach certification at ICP, specializing in Ontologico coaching.

Denise has also earned several certifications outside of their formal education. For instance, they obtained the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in July 2021, and the Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in June 2021. In May 2019, Denise became a Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs® Personality Type through The Myers-Briggs Company. Denise also completed the Insights for Innovation program at IDEO U in April 2017 and the Ideation and Prototyping program from the same institution. As a result, Denise has a diverse range of qualifications and certifications in various fields including coaching, personality assessment, and innovation.
