Dr. Katharina Sell

Dr. Katharina Sell is an accomplished professional in organizational transformation and leadership development, currently serving as the Managing Director at Create Impact since June 2008, where focus includes catalyzing organizational change and fostering innovation culture. In addition, Dr. Sell has been an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant at axialent since May 2016, emphasizing the cultivation of conscious leadership and excellence within organizations. Previously, experience includes a tenure as Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Siemens, leading change management initiatives and leadership programs, as well as roles in product management and intercultural training. Dr. Sell holds an Executive Doctorate in Organizational Change from Ashridge Business School and a Master's degree in International Business and Culture Studies from Universität Passau.
