Mirea Raaijmakers is an accomplished expert in behavioural risk management and culture transformation, currently serving as a supervisory board member at Instituut Sportrechtspraak and as an independent global practice consultant at Behavioural Risk. Mirea collaborates with innovative partners to address challenges in corporate cultures and has co-designed a unique behavioural risk management approach with Axialent, a consultancy specializing in culture transformation. Previously, Mirea held significant roles at ING as Managing Director and Global Head of Behavioural Risk Management, where Mirea led initiatives to mitigate behavioural risks through innovative interventions. Mirea's experience also includes serving as Senior Supervision Officer at De Nederlandsche Bank, where Mirea was instrumental in developing influential regulatory guidance on behaviour and culture. Mirea's academic qualifications include a PhD in Behavioral Science and a Master's in Psychology from the University of Groningen, along with executive education from Harvard Business School.
