Lakni Godagedara

Lakni Godagedara is currently an Associate in People Development and Culture at Axiata Digital Labs, engaging in training arrangements, documentation, budget reconciliation, and the coordination of Tech Talk sessions and induction sessions for new hires since January 2023. Previously, Lakni served as a Human Resources Assistant at Pro Mark Innovations Pvt Ltd, managing staff attendance, payroll support, and HR-related documentation from July 2019 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes a role in Administration at Associated Motorways (Private) Limited, where responsibilities included managing correspondence and serving as a cashier, as well as a position as a Business Development Officer at Hatton National Bank PLC, focusing on customer service and document management. Lakni is pursuing a BSc (Hons) in International Business Management from London Metropolitan University and studying for a Diploma of Education in Professional HRM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
