Tania Rashidi

Tania Rashidi is a Senior Specialist in Culture and Talent Mobility at Axiata since March 2023. Prior to that, Tania held roles in talent management and recruitment at UMW from February 2020 to March 2023. Tania also worked as an Associate and Research Associate at Korn Ferry from May 2017 to October 2019. Tania previously served as a Bank Supervisor at Bank Negara Malaysia from October 2010 to May 2017 and as a Compliance Officer at Legg Mason in 2012. Tania holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Adelaide and a Master of Business Administration in International Business Practice from St Mary's University, Twickenham.
