Jesse Glasgow, PMP, GISP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the geospatial industry. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Axim Geospatial since 2022, Jesse is responsible for overseeing the operations of the company. Prior to that, Jesse held multiple roles at Team Spatial from 2015 to 2022, including Principal Consultant and Team Leader.

At Quantum Spatial, Jesse worked as the Director of Analytics & Software from 2014 to 2015. In this role, Jesse led a national professional services department and was responsible for various tasks such as defining goals and objectives, measuring performance, and coaching division leaders. Jesse also served as the Director of Geographic Information Systems at Quantum Spatial for a brief period in 2014, where they integrated GIS professionals from different companies, led the Esri Gold Business Partnership, and engaged in business development activities.

Before joining Quantum Spatial, Jesse worked at Photo Science for 16 years, starting as a Manager in 1998 and eventually leading a team of 16 professionals. Their responsibilities included delivering professional services and software to customers across the US and Canada, as well as managing a geospatial business valued at $60M.

Jesse's career began at the Northwest Alabama Council of Local Governments in 1996, where they worked as a Planner Intern for two years.

Jesse Glasgow, PMP, GISP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Professional Geography from the University of North Alabama, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their degree, Jesse also obtained a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from the same university in December 1998. Following their education, Jesse obtained various certifications, including the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2011, the Geographic Information Systems Professional certification from the GIS Certification Institute in July 2016, and the Professional Land (GIS) Surveyor certification from the South Carolina State Board for Professional Engineers and Surveyors in April 2005.
