Ellen Wesley

Ellen Wesley is an experienced finance and project management professional with a focus on renewable energy and sustainable projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Axiom Care since January 2023, Ellen has also held the position of CFO at USA BioEnergy since June 2019, where efforts are concentrated on developing sustainable energy projects using biomass. Previous roles include Capital Markets Finance at JLL, and a Financial Consultant specializing in renewable energy at CarbonConnect, which was founded by Ellen in 2009. Prior experience includes significant roles in project finance at NexGen Power, LLC, and a Vice President position at Citigroup, where Ellen was instrumental in expanding the bank's presence in the Chicago area. Ellen holds a B.S. in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
