Erin Jaeger

Erin Jaeger, LPC, NCC, CCTP, currently serves as the Owner of Ohr Counseling Center, focusing on helping clients heal from unresolved trauma along with co-occurring mental health symptoms and substance use. As the Clinical Director at Axiom Care, Erin is responsible for overseeing clinical programming for detox and residential services while providing supervision to clinical staff. Previous roles include Executive Clinical Director at Virtue Recovery Center, Clinical Director at Buena Vista Health & Recovery Centers, and Clinical Coordinator at Community Medical Services, with a strong background in mental health care coordination and counseling in various settings. Erin holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education from Kean University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Monmouth University.
