Rachel Hurley

Rachel Hurley currently serves as a Volunteer at All Hands and Hearts since February 2024 and has been a People Operations Manager and Director of People Operations at Axiom Cloud since March 2022. Prior to this, Rachel worked at AIG from May 2018 to March 2022 in various human resources roles, including Learning Solutions Analyst and Human Resources Analyst. Rachel's earlier experience includes positions as an Academic Mentor at the University of Maryland College Park and roles in Delta Delta Delta sorority, which involved responsibilities such as New Member Educator and Social Chair. Rachel also gained experience as a Human Resources Summer Intern at AIG and a People Operations and Talent Acquisition Intern at Tapad. Rachel holds a degree from the University of Maryland, completed in 2018.
