Karolina Świst

Karolina S. has extensive experience in sales and account management, primarily in the food ingredients and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as Feed Merchant for Germany and Benelux, as well as Account Manager for Food Ingredients and Bio-Industrial for DACH and Poland/Eastern Europe at Cargill since August 2019, Karolina has previously held positions with Elo Touch Solutions as an Inside Sales Representative and with Bogucki Folie and Witoplast Sp. J. as an Account Manager and Senior Sales Account Manager, respectively. Early career experiences include project management and operation roles at Teleperformance Poland, X-DISC S.A., and Laser Contact Polska, as well as multiple leadership positions at Call Center Poland. Academic qualifications include a Licencjat in German Philology from Wyższa Szkoła Studiów Międzynarodowych in Łódź and a diploma in Computer Graphics from Regionalny Ośrodek Kształcenia Ustawicznego.
