David McIntyre

David McIntyre has extensive work experience in the legal field. David began their career as a Law Clerk at the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1988 and later became an Associate Attorney at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP in 1989. David served as a Law Clerk at the US District Court-S.D CA for a year before joining Fenwick & West in 1994, where they worked as a Senior Counsel and Litigation Associate for six years. In 2001, McIntyre joined Johnson & Johnson as an Associate General Counsel, and later served as an Assistant General Counsel from 2006 to 2018. Currently, they are working as the Strategic Legal Team Lead at Axiom.

David McIntyre's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Cornell University and a JD (Juris Doctor) degree in Law from Fordham University School of Law. David has also obtained certifications in being admitted to the CA, NY, and Patent Bars.
