Layne B. Jeffery

Layne B. Jeffery serves as Sr. Commercial Counsel at Axiom since November 2018, representing clients such as John Deere & Company and Progressive Casualty Insurance Company. In addition, Layne has held roles as Sr. Commercial Counsel and Associate General Counsel for various organizations since 2001, and currently acts as General Counsel and Legal Advisor for the 101st Airborne Division Association. Previous experience includes Contract & Commercial Management Consultant at UnitedHealth Group and Director of Global Contracting at The Manitowoc Company, overseeing contracts across 26 countries. Layne's legal career began as the founder and managing partner at MinnLawyers Law Group. Military service includes time as a soldier in the US Army, with deployments in the 2nd Infantry Division and the 101st Airborne Division. Educational qualifications include a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an MBA from Aspen University, and a BBA from Siena Heights University, along with a Global Procurement Certification from Arizona State University.
