Teri Bouchard

Teri Bouchard has a wealth of experience in the field of employment law. Teri has worked at various companies, starting with Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem as a Legal Intern in 2010. Teri then moved on to The Legal Aid Society as a Legal Clerk from 2011 to 2012. Teri also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP in 2011.

In 2012, they joined Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP as a Litigation Associate. Teri then moved to Littler Mendelson, where they worked as a Labor and Employment Associate from 2014 to 2017. During their time at Littler Mendelson, Teri successfully defended corporate clients against lawsuits and supported national wage and hour class actions.

Teri then joined Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP as a Labor and Employment Attorney from 2017 to 2019, where they represented corporate clients in employment-related litigation and developed strategies to prevent litigation.

From 2019 to 2020, Teri worked at Floor & Decor as the Labor and Employment Counsel and Director of Associate Relations, managing employment-related litigation for the company's national workforce.

Currently, Teri holds the position of Vice President, Senior Counsel, Employment (Global) at Axiom, where they provide counsel and guidance on various employment and HR strategies, manages employment-related litigation, and collaborates in developing Axiom's business strategies.

Teri Bouchard's extensive work experience demonstrates their expertise in employment law and their ability to provide valuable legal counsel and support to organizations.

Teri Bouchard completed their BA in History and Sociology at New York University from 2003 to 2007. Teri further pursued their education at New York University School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from 2009 to 2012.
