Tracey Batty-Jones

Tracey Batty-Jones has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the recruitment and consultancy industry. Tracey is currently the Director of Client Partnerships at Axiom, where they focus on building partnerships in Australia and selected accounts in APAC and globally. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Director, Asia at Drake International Asia, where they led the business transformation and recruitment efforts in Hong Kong and Singapore. Tracey also founded their own recruitment consultancy called Pure Professionals, which provided legal and executive recruitment solutions to clients in the Asia Pacific and global markets. Additionally, Tracey worked as the Director of Legal & Professional Services at Charterhouse Partnership and the Country Manager in Hong Kong for Kelly, where they were responsible for growing their operations and launching a Legal & Compliance Practice. Tracey began their career at Drake International Asia, holding various roles and ultimately serving as the General Manager, overseeing operations in Hong Kong and Singapore. Throughout their career, Tracey has demonstrated their ability to build strong client relationships, generate revenue, and lead successful business transformations.
