Gaurav Patel

Gaurav Patel is a Design Engineer IV focusing on Crew Systems at Axiom Space since September 2022. Gaurav's expertise spans microgravity optical crystal growth, microgravity furnace design, 3D printing, cryogenic mechanisms, and systems engineering support, along with experience in NASA payload qualification testing, project schedule development, and proposal designs for lunar missions. Gaurav's academic background includes a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where contributions included leadership roles in student teams and research projects in UAV technology.
