Jaimin Patel

Jaimin Patel is currently a Water Recovery Design Engineer at Axiom Space, focusing on the design and optimization of water recovery and dispensing subsystem hardware for a commercial space station since November 2022. Previously, Jaimin worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Omni Powertrain Technologies, where responsibilities included designing replacement powertrains for existing systems. Earlier experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineering Intern, Design Engineer at S.K. Industries facilitating improvements in manufacturing processes, and a Mechanical Engineer at Bodal Chemicals Ltd, enhancing boiler efficiency. Jaimin also completed an internship with Indian Railways involving the maintenance of locomotives. Jaimin holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Silver Oak College of Engineering & Technology in Ahmedabad.
