David Stahl

Vice President Of Software Development at Axion BioSystems

David Stahl began their career in 1997 as a Co-Op at the Georgia Tech Research Institute. In 2001, they joined Radiant Systems as a Software Developer II, where they wrote code that ran on cash registers in gas stations across the world. David also trained new hires, helped with recruiting, designed and built interfaces to allow third party interoperability, and served on an industry-wide standards committee. In 2005, they became a Member of Technical Staff at ClickFox, where they worked alongside some of the most talented and driven people to create something new and awesome. In 2006, they joined Infinovate as Principal Engineer and Founding VP, a provider of software solutions, software development, and software consulting services. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Cisco Systems as Development Manager, leading a multi-site/multi-national team in the design and deployment of custom software for a major telecommunications/cable company. Finally, in 2013, they joined Axion BioSystems as Vice President of Software Development, helping to take its software products from the startup phase into the production/commercial phase. David lead their team through recruiting great engineers, setting up a repeatable and performant process, and managing requests, development, and quality.

David Stahl obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1996 and 2001. David then went on to obtain a Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business between 2007 and 2009.
