Deborah Hurtado

Deborah Hurtado has held various positions in the life sciences field since 1991. Deborah began their career at Lundbeck Research USA as a Senior Research Associate and later a Cell Biology Manager. In 2007, they moved to DiscoverX as a Field Application Scientist, followed by Seahorse Bioscience in 2010 as a Field Application Scientist. From 2013 to 2019, they were a Technical Sales Account Manager and Scientific Consultant at ACEA Biosciences. Most recently, they have been an Account Manager at Axion BioSystems since 2019, supporting and selling the Axion Maestro Pro and Edge instruments for live-cell measurements of neuronal cell network function for disease research.

Deborah Hurtado received their Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
