Sandip Bhise

Sandip Bhise has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sandip started their career as an Operation Executive at CBay Systems in December 2004, where they communicated with offshore clients and maintained the quality of service. In August 2006, they joined Accenture in India as a Senior Subject Matter Expert, where they contributed to employee life cycle management by preparing process documents and providing training to new joiners. After nearly five years at Accenture, they joined Sodexo in February 2011 as a Senior Manager Human Resource. In this role, they were responsible for workforce planning, employee engagement activities, and addressing employee grievances. Sandip worked at Sodexo for five years before becoming the Head of People Operations and Human Resources at Axioned in March 2016. At Axioned, they led a team of professionals and worked towards exceeding customer expectations.

Sandip Bhise has a degree in MBA with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Annamalai University. Additionally, they have obtained diplomas in Business Management and Human Resource Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management. Sandip attended Barifiwala High School Andheri and S.C.D. Barfiwala school - Andheri for their primary and secondary education, respectively. Their college education took place at KLE SOCIETYS COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, BELGAUM.
