Holly P.

Holly P. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Holly started their career in 2013 as a Marketing Events & Programs Intern at COUNTRY Financial®, where they provided support services and performed outbound marketing tasks. From 2014 to 2015, Holly served as an Agency Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, and Agency Marketing Assistant, overseeing office operations and providing customer service.

In 2015, Holly joined Paylocity as a Payroll Implementation Consultant. Holly served as the dedicated Project Manager and successfully implemented over $133K of account revenue. Holly'sresponsibilities included determining client requirements, developing and executing project plans, and supporting data conversions.

From 2017 to 2018, Holly worked at StratEx HR - Toast, Inc. as a Project Manager. Holly oversaw project plans for new client implementations, led a team of project specialists, and facilitated client trainings on platform functionality.

Holly then joined cleverbridge in 2018 as a Client Operations Manager, where they managed client relationships and ensured smooth operations.

In 2019, Holly joined Uber as an Account Manager. Holly demonstrated a client-centric approach and was promoted to Account Manager in 2020. Holly managed an Atlanta book of business valued at approximately $15M ARR and achieved notable accomplishments such as running market performance analysis and identifying opportunities for additional revenue.

Holly also has experience in the education sector. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at EVERFI, where they successfully managed client accounts. Later that year, they joined Vector Solutions as a Senior Account Manager and then as a Customer Success Manager in the Higher Education division.

Holly's most recent role is as an Associate Director of Account Management at Axios HQ, where they are responsible for managing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Outside of their professional work, Holly has also served as an Assistant Dance Team Coach at Dominican University and as an Artistic Teacher at Off The Ground Dance Studio.

Holly P.'s education history begins in 2010 when they attended Black Hawk College and pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration. Holly completed their studies there in 2011. Following this, from 2011 to 2014, Holly attended Illinois State University. At Illinois State University, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a major in Management and Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. Additionally, Holly completed a minor in Dance Performance during their time at the university.

In terms of additional certifications, Holly obtained their Illinois Insurance Property & Casualty certification from the Illinois Department of Insurance in July 2014. More recently, in November 2020, they achieved a Mastership in Account Management from Winning by Design.
