Managing Editor, Technology at Axios

Scott Rosenberg is the managing editor of technology at Axios. Scott was previously the executive editor at Grist from September 2011 to March 2014. Scott has also been the editor at Backchannel / Wired, where they worked with Steven Levy and Jessi Hempel to edit their weekly "magazine within a magazine" at Wired. Scott has also contributed articles on AI, security, and startups, and edited investigative features and essays. Prior to that, they were the founder and director of Mediabugs.org from August 2009 to September 2011. Scott has also been a freelance writer and editor since August 2007 and has authored two books: Dreaming in Code (2007) and Say Everything (2009). From January 2006 to July 2007, they were the VP/new projects at Salon.com (Salon Media Group).

Scott Rosenberg graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor's degree.

They work with Aja Whitaker-Moore - Managing Editor, Business, Margaret Talev - Managing Editor, and Raisa Zaidi - Editorial Director, Axios on HBO. Their manager is Mike Allen, Co-Founder & Executive Editor.
