Ashlee Wolfram

Ashlee Wolfram, MBA, has a diverse range of human resources experience. Ashlee started their career at Axis Communications as an HR Associate in June 2014, where they were responsible for conducting bi-weekly payroll and reconciling discrepancies. In May 2016, they were promoted to the role of Payroll and Benefits Associate, where they continued to manage payroll while also reviewing time sheets and wage computation. In September 2019, they took on the position of HR Associate, Total Rewards, overseeing the implementation of Workday payroll and leading the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Ashlee was then promoted to Team Lead, HR Operations in July 2022, where they implemented HR policies, processes, and benefits and ensured compliance with employment regulations. Additionally, they collaborated with other teams to design and execute process improvement initiatives. Before joining Axis Communications, Ashlee gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern, where they assisted with recruitment, onboarding, and employee paperwork.

Ashlee Wolfram received their Bachelor's Degree in Management from Bryant University in 2014. Ashlee then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University, which they completed in 2017.
