Tom Voss

Tom Voss is a seasoned real estate appraisal professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a QC Appraiser at Axis Appraisal Management Solutions, Inc. since February 2015, Tom previously held positions as a Staff Real Property Appraiser for the City and County of Denver and as a Valuations Team Lead for both Stewart Lender Services and Allonhill. Tom also founded and operated a residential appraisal firm, Residential Valuation Consultants, from April 2004 to February 2011, specializing in services across the Front Range of Colorado, from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs.
