Kshama Raghavan has extensive experience in risk management within the banking sector, specifically at Axis Bank. Kshama currently serves as the Group Risk Head for both CBG and SBB sectors, having previously held the position of Group Risk Head for Agri and MFI. Kshama's expertise includes managing SME Credit Risk in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana as Deputy Vice President, along with progressive roles such as Assistant Vice President in the Risk Department, Senior Credit Officer for SME, Manager in Risk, and Credit Analyst in SME.
