Kelly Beaudoin

Kelly Beaudoin has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Kelly is currently the Head of Partnership Office at AXIS (AXIS Capital) since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at The Hartford for several years in various roles, including Head of Strategy, Global Specialty from November 2019 to September 2023 and AVP, 3rd Party Data Management from August 2019 to November 2019. Kelly also held positions such as Program Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics from October 2015 to November 2018, Enterprise Third Party Data Lead from November 2012 to October 2015, and Manager Financial Operations from November 2009 to November 2012. Before joining The Hartford, they worked as an Analytic Consultant at Hartford Life from January 2007 to November 2009, and as an Underwriter at The Hartford from May 2003 to 2006.

Kelly Beaudoin completed their Masters in Business Administration from the University of Hartford from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they studied Insurance and Finance at the University of Hartford from 1998 to 2002.
