Jennifer Slatten

Jennifer Slatten has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Controller for Duer Advanced Technology and Aerospace. Jennifer then moved on to become the Controller for Avtec Systems from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they took on the role of Director of Acct-Government Sol. at AeroAstro until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, Jennifer served as the Vice President of Business Operations at JTSi, where they managed various functions including finance, contracts, administration, human resources, and security. Jennifer then joined pureIntegration as the Director of Finance and Government Contracts from 2013 to 2014. Following that, Jennifer worked at New River Systems as the Vice President of Finance and Contracts from 2014 to 2015. Jennifer later became the Chief Financial Officer at Trinity Technology Group from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined In8ive Enterprises, LLC as the Chief Financial Officer until 2019. Jennifer then worked at ADN Healthcare as part of the recruiting and operations team from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are the Operations Manager at Axis Medical Staffing, Inc. since 2021 and has recently been appointed as the Director of Operations.

Jennifer Slatten received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Robert E Lee High School from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in CMMI Level II from the CMMI Institute in October 2014.
