Ashley Williams

Ashley Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software development and open-source strategy. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of axo and an invited expert at ECMA, Ashley also holds the position of Open Source Strategist at Public Structure. Previous roles include Core Team Member at The Rust Programming Language, Staff Product Manager at Vercel, Founding Executive Director at the Rust Foundation, and Principal Open Source Engineer at Apollo GraphQL. Ashley's technical expertise was further demonstrated as a Systems Engineer at Cloudflare, where significant contributions included the development of the Wrangler CLI tool. Early career work involved engineering at Mozilla and leadership as Individual Membership Director on the Node.js Board of Directors.
