Emily Hansen

Emily Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Emily has worked at Axogen as the Senior Director of Market Development, where they focused on improving nerve repair techniques and addressing functional deficits caused by nerve injuries. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Market Development at Axogen, where they worked on addressing post-mastectomy numbness in women.

Emily also worked at Philips as the Field Marketing Leader, where they developed influencer relationship strategies and peer-to-peer marketing initiatives. Emily built organizational capabilities, improved employee engagement, and elevated team performance in this position.

Emily has also worked as a Brand Strategist, providing analysis, messaging solutions, and marketing expertise to help companies successfully commercialize their products and services. In addition, they helped executives and business leaders simplify and communicate their strategies and business goals throughout their organizations.

Emily's experience includes working at Stryker as a Marketing Director, overseeing the global marketing, brand, and communication strategy across multiple product divisions. Emily was recognized as one of the most progressive marketing leaders and played leadership roles on the company communications team. Emily was also actively involved in the Stryker Women's Network and Diversity & Inclusion group.

Before that, they worked at JP Morgan Chase as a Banker, where they assisted clients with their financial needs, such as resolving problems, loan applications, and selling securities and insurance. Emily held licenses for Series 6 and 63.

Emily's early career experience includes working as a Marketing and Promotions Intern at The Arizona Coyotes NHL (formerly Phoenix Coyotes), where they focused on grassroots marketing, cross-promotional events, and game day operations. Emily created collateral and promotional materials and interacted with fans to support promotional efforts.

Emily Hansen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business Management from Arizona State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in the CEB Black Belt - Internal Communications from CEB in 2016 and the Gallup Great Manager Program from Gallup in 2012.
