Sim-Hau Lou has over 20 years of work experience in project management and engineering roles in various companies.
Sim-Hau started their career at Panasonic Mobile Communications in 2000 as an RF Engineer, where they were responsible for RF testing, transceiver chipset selection, and performance benchmarking.
In 2005, they joined Motorola Mobility as an Electrical Engineer, where they worked on power amplifier stability evaluation and RF front-end transceiver board development. Sim-Hau later became a Senior Electrical Engineer and then a Senior Compliance Engineer, where they managed ODM vendors, improved design quality, and supported regulatory compliance.
In 2012, Sim-Hau Lou joined Greenwave Systems Inc as a Project Manager, eventually becoming a Senior Advisory Project Manager. Sim-Hau was responsible for project kickoff, schedule monitoring, coordination with stakeholders, and liaison with regulatory agencies.
In 2019, they moved to HAM-LET Valves and Fittings as a Project Manager.
Currently, Sim-Hau Lou is working at AXON Networks as a Senior Advisory Hardware Project Manager.
Sim-Hau Lou attended Foon Yew High School from 1990 to 1995, where they completed their high school education. From 1996 to 1997, they studied at INTI International University & Colleges and obtained a Diploma in Science. Sim-Hau then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University from 1997 to 2000.
