Delia Koren

Delia Koren is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product UK for Axon, where responsibilities include leading international expansion strategy and product implementation in EMEA since June 2022. In addition, Delia has been a Product Consultant for Hexagro Urban Farming since October 2019, focusing on market opportunities and customer journey design. Prior to these roles, Delia held positions at Globant as Senior Manager of Product Management, leading a national policing platform project, and at PolyAI as Head of Product, spearheading product management and user experience for a conversational AI platform. Experience at Microsoft included roles as Senior Product Manager for Cortana and AI Experiences, as well as Senior UX Designer at Bing NEXT. Delia's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Innovation and Design Management from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design. Additionally, engagement as a University Lecturer at the Holon Institute of Technology included courses on Concept Development and Advanced Interactive Media Design.
