Petra Wolter

Petra Wolter is currently the VP of Human Resources at AxonIQ. Prior to that, they were with ICT Statement B.V. from January 2018 to June 2022 where they held the title of CHRO / HR Strategist / Specialist Employment Law. From June 2015 to August 2017, Petra was with Fontys Hogescholen as the Projectleader Improvement Program- HRM. Petra's first HR role was with ICQ-Groep from December 2011 to March 2016 where they were the CHRO/ Sales Director.

Petra Wolter has a post-master's degree in HBO-WO specialist labor law from the AnI Arbeidsrechtkantoor, a post-master's degree in HBO/ WO strategic labor law from the same school, a talent management and employability degree from Talentmanagement & Employability, an Agile Scrum Foundation certification from ICM opleidingen & trainingen, a process management certification from the same school, and a project management certification from ICM opleidingen & trainingen. Petra also has a master's degree in human resource management from the Open Universiteit and a bachelor's degree in human resource management from LOI. Finally, they have a BEd in geography from Fontys Hogescholen and completed VWO at the Lorentz Lyceum Eindhoven.
