Susan Spikes

Susan Spikes currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Magnolia Bakery, a role held since March 2025. Previously, Spikes held key HR leadership positions at Quality Branded, where responsibilities included managing HR for multiple restaurant locations across various states. With experience as an Independent Consultant specializing in human resources strategy and employee retention, Spikes also served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Hill Country Hospitality, overseeing operational and HR functions, and held director roles focused on HR at 'Wichcraft and Keith McNally's Restaurant Group. Spikes began a career in operations management with Marcus Samuelsson's Townhouse Restaurant Group. Education includes studies at Drew University and Occidental College.
