Federico Torres has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Federico began their career at Bank of America in 2007 as a Teller, where they achieved four promotions and demonstrated their ability to handle large monetary transactions. In 2014, they joined DN Tanks as a Help Desk Specialist, providing technical support and troubleshooting. Following that, they moved to BofI Federal Bank in 2015, initially working as an Access Controls Specialist and then transitioning into the role of an IT Business Controls Analyst. In this position, they were responsible for coordinating SOX entitlement reviews, performing data conversions, and providing analysis for process improvements. Federico also worked closely with the IT management team to develop and implement business processes and systems. In 2019, Federico moved to Axos Bank as a Senior Business Analyst, where they led internal consulting projects, developed project plans, and collected data using SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Throughout their career, Federico has demonstrated their analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to contribute to organizational efficiency and improvements.
