Amy Craig currently serves as the Director of Account Management for Theaters and Residencies at AXS since November 2024. Previously, Amy held the position of Senior eCommerce Operations Specialist at Paciolan from November 2011 to November 2024. Amy's career in the ticketing and event management industry began as a Box Office Coordinator at The National in April 2009, followed by roles including Ticket Operations Manager at The Monument and Event Services Coordinator at Sam Houston Race Park. Additional experience includes positions at SMG-Mellon Arena, Washington Wizards, Colonial Life Arena, and an internship at YMCA of Greenville. Amy obtained a B.S. in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina, graduating in 2007.
