Andrei Paul Burlacu is a seasoned Principal Customer Tech Support Engineer at Axway since May 2016, specializing in software solutions for the Accounting Integration Suite, with a strong focus on solving complex technical issues and maintaining customer relations. Alongside technical responsibilities, Andrei is a vocalist in the Axway Band, formed in 2018, entertaining at corporate events. Prior experience includes a role as System Engineer at METRO SYSTEMS Romania, where Andrei was involved in monitoring and administering service environments, and a sales & web design position at Dualvalcost Solution, managing client relationships and contributing to web design projects. Andrei holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Automation Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
