Jean-Luc Giraud has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jean-Luc started their career at Template Software in 1994 as a Presales Consultant and later became the Technical Director of France. In 2000, they joined Level 8 Systems as the Technical Director for EMEA. In 2003, they joined Axway as the Director of Product Management and held this position until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Senior Solutions Architect at Axway. Then, they moved up to become the Director of EMEA Presales Central Team from 2015 to 2018. Next, they served as the Senior Director of EMEA Technical Success Team until 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they held the position of VP Presales EMEA. Currently, they are working at Axway as the VP of Services Operations EMEA.

Jean-Luc Giraud obtained their Diplôme d'ingénieur in Intelligence artificielle from EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique, from 1987 to 1990.
