Megan Hughes Willis

Megan Hughes Willis, MBA, currently serves as a Program Analyst at Axyde Analytics since February 2022. Previously, Megan held the position of Executive Assistant at VAUSA™ from April to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing daily operations for the President and CFO, overseeing special projects, and handling payroll activities. Prior to that, Megan worked as a Special Operations Community Programs & Peer Network Coordinator at KBR, Inc., focusing on family support systems for Special Operations Forces. Earlier experience includes a role as Strategic Business Coordinator and Marketing Manager at Altamira Technologies Corporation, where leadership was provided for marketing campaigns and outreach programs. Megan earned an MBA in Business Analytics and Marketing from George Mason University and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Lander University.
