Marcos Marcon, also known as Diel Mormac, has a diverse work experience in the software development industry. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Junior Software Developer at Compat Laser, where they focused on maintaining and improving the company's routine activities system. In 2015, they moved to ACS - Automação, Controles e Sistemas Industriais Ltda., where they served as an Analyst Developer, working on the development and maintenance of the telemetry system Follow Energy. This system was eventually sold to Engie for $34 million in 2018.
In 2018, Marcos joined Ortiz Gaming as an Analyst Developer, contributing to the development and maintenance of systems and games for the gambling industry. Marcos Marcon played a critical role in managing multiple projects related to the architecture, development, and management of casino, online, and local electronic bingo games and slot machines.

Marcos then joined Indústria de Jogos in 2016 as a Content Creator, creating content and contributing to the gaming community until 2018.
In 2019, Marcos started working as a System Analyst at BRQ Digital Solutions, demonstrating their expertise in analyzing systems and providing valuable insights.
Later, in 2020, Marcos transitioned to CI&T as a Software Engineer, formerly known as Dextra. During their time there, they were responsible for software engineering until February 2023.
Marcos Marcon'smost recent position is as a Software Engineer at Aya Mastercard®, starting in April 2023, where they continue to contribute their skills and knowledge in software development.
Marcos Marcon (Diel Mormac) began their education at the Municipal Conservatory of Arts of Guarulhos from 2004 to 2010 where they earned a qualification in musical theory and practice. In 2011, they attended Senac São Paulo for a brief period to study Supply Chain Management and Logistics, obtaining a degree as a Stockman. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, Marcos pursued their passion for technology at Senac São Paulo, completing their degree in Game Design and Development with a focus on Information Technology.
