Sanjay Sankolli

Sanjay Sankolli is a seasoned technology leader with expertise in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Technology Leader at Truist since December 2023. In previous roles, Sanjay was SVP of Technology & Innovation at Western Union, where efforts focused on building a digital bank and modernizing the core money transfer platform. Sanjay co-developed a distributed ledger-based payment platform at INNOVA SOLUTIONS USA and led significant transformation initiatives at Visa, overseeing various aspects of architecture and solution design. Educational credentials include a postgraduate program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin and executive education from UC Berkeley. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Karnatak University.
