Jessica's career began in 2011 when they were a Feature Writer for MyFamilyClub D C Thomson & Co. Jessica increased organic search visitors by 103% in the past year.

In 2014, Jessica became the Digital Communications Officer for Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY). In this role, they were responsible for developing content and features for PACEY's website and coordinating PACEY's social media activity. Jessica played a central role in the redevelopment of the PACEY website, supporting all stages from development, to testing, launch and maintenance.

Jessica is now the Content Design Director at Ayima, where they are responsible for managing and producing all digital content across ayima.com and our client's websites.

Jessica Shaw has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Solent University. Jessica also has various certifications in UX design, content strategy, and content design from LinkedIn, FutureLearn, and Content Design London. Additionally, they have a certification in Agile Foundations from LinkedIn.
