Geoff Zajicek

Geoff Zajicek is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in the recruitment field. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Republic Services since October 2021, Geoff previously held the same title at Banner Health from January 2021 to October 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at IHG Hotels & Resorts in 2020 and as a Senior Technology Recruiter at Zytech Development from July 2014 to December 2019. Geoff began the recruitment career at Maxim Healthcare Services as a Recruiter and Account Executive from May 2013 to April 2014. Geoff is an alumnus of Arizona State University.
