Shaheen Khatieb

Shaheen Khatieb has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. They are currently working as a Senior Product Manager at ayoba starting from April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Absa Group from July 2020 to March 2022 as a Product Owner for the NovoFX mobile application, focusing on driving new features for cross-border payments. Before that, Shaheen was with Barclays Africa Group Limited from December 2016 to June 2020, initially as a Product Owner for the NovoFX RoA Remittance App and later as a Product Owner for International Payments. They also worked as a Business Analyst at Capfin from June 2016 to November 2016, primarily focused on Agile implementation. Shaheen's earlier experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Old Mutual South Africa from August 2014 to June 2016, with a focus on legal, regulatory, and compliance projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Retention and Business Analyst at Old Mutual from March 2013 to September 2014 and as an Innovation and Business Analyst from March 2011 to February 2013.
