Jordan Sabhlok

Jordan Sabhlok is a co-founder of AYP Consulting LLC, focusing on strategy and operations since September 2023. Previously, Jordan contributed to Rippling from September 2021 to August 2023 in Professional Services, where Jordan scaled a global team of over 20 members and led a profitably operational Customer Experience organization. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Manager at Accenture, where Jordan led analytics teams for global Workday implementations and was recognized by Workday as a Product Lead. Jordan worked as an HCM Reporting Consultant at Workday from September 2016 to June 2019, managing multiple engagements and holding certifications in various reporting methodologies. Jordan's earlier roles include positions in sales and marketing internships at companies such as SanDisk and Zoho Corporation, as well as a Recreation Leader III role at the City of Pleasanton. Jordan holds two Bachelor's Degrees in Project Management and Marketing from California State University, Chico, awarded in 2016.
