Kristin Fitzpatrick

Kristin Fitzpatrick has over two decades of experience in compliance and operational leadership within the healthcare and wellness sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Compliance at AYR Wellness Inc. since March 2022, Kristin has held progressively responsible positions including Sr Director of Operational Compliance and Director of Compliance. Prior to this role, Kristin was Compliance Manager at Curaleaf and held dual positions as Privacy Officer and Safety Officer at HCP Management Operations, Inc. In earlier roles, Kristin served as Compliance Officer and Account Director at MedForce, and gained experience in promotions and intern roles with Newark Bears and New Jersey Devils. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and Business Administration from Seton Hall University.
