Bill Case has over 30 years of experience in utility engineering, planning, and construction. His supervisory assignments have consisted of managing work crews that deliver the accurate, safe, and economical relocation of utilities on major Department of Transportation roadway projects.

He consistently completes projects with minimal disruption of service while meeting or beating time and budget constraints. His experience and unique perspective allow me to provide clear, consistent communication with all parties involved with a project.
