Pauline Scott (Assoc CIPD) has extensive experience in the hospitality and education sectors. Since January 2015, Pauline has worked at Ayrshire College as a Student Service Advisor, Bank Hospitality Lecturer, and Mental Health & Wellbeing Champion, focusing on promoting mental health awareness and collaborating with partners to enhance student support.
