Rebeca Lago

Rebeca Lago is a seasoned professional in human resources with a focus on talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as the People & Culture Manager at Ayscom, Rebeca has established the People and Culture department, implementing key policies and procedures in talent attraction, training and development, employer branding, HR analytics, and labor law since January 2021. Previously, Rebeca held positions at The Adecco Group, where responsibilities included managing the talent acquisition lifecycle for IT roles, and at American Express GBT, overseeing recruiting for EMEA. Rebeca began their career in various HR roles across multiple companies, gaining valuable experience in talent acquisition and development. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Resources and Labor Law from Universidade da Coruña and a HR Manager degree from EAE Business School.
