Alex Lopez Martin

Alex Lopez Martin is an engaged youth volunteer who currently contributes to the Youth Volunteers Group at Las Rozas de Madrid City Council since September 2022, participating in various initiatives. In June 2024, Alex served as a Trip Leader for a Cambodia Volunteering Program with SAUCE ONG, focusing on camp activities for children with disabilities and community support through farming initiatives. Previous experience includes acting as a hundrED Youth Ambassador from March to June 2023, where Alex worked on social impact projects related to the Sustainable Development Goals, and serving as a volunteer editor for STEM From Scratch from July 2021 to December 2022, curating STEM resources. Alex's education includes ongoing studies at The Global College and participation in various global programs, including Yale Young Global Scholars and UWC Mahindra College, emphasizing a strong foundation in social change, literature, and technology.
